About the service

What is Iraq Mall?

Iraq Mall is a marketplace of shop subdomains in Iraq. Each seller gets their own address: name.iraqmall.net — catalog, checkout, and WhatsApp contact.

We provide the tech; the seller is responsible for goods, prices, and customer service. Prices are in Iraqi dinar (IQD).

Payments

Payment options available in shops:

• Cash on delivery (COD) — pay in cash when the order arrives.
• ZainCash — pay from your ZainCash wallet via a secure link.
• Qi Card — pay with Qi Card when the shop enables it.

Delivery

Delivery choices at checkout:

• Pickup at the shop — no delivery fee.
• In-city — pin the drop-off; we estimate distance and fee.
• Courier (Sandoog / Aramex) — flat estimate until API; address required.

For sellers

Sign up, pick a name, add products, share the link on WhatsApp and Instagram. Shop admin covers orders and delivery tariffs.

• No platform commission on your sales — your prices stay yours.
• COD settlement with platform-network shops: first day of each week (Monday).
• Platform-network failed delivery: fee cap = order delivery fee (or 3,000 IQD). Attempts + return stay under the cap; 80% to the courier. Network-fault claims are reviewed at the desk. Negative debt is settled at the desk and blocks labels. PVZ ≈ 5 days then return. Buyers cancel from tracking. Prepaid delivery after pickup is non-refundable; post-open damage is the shop’s unless a claim is approved.

Product listing rules

By publishing products on Iraq Mall (iraqmall.net), the seller confirms that the assortment and descriptions comply with the laws of the Republic of Iraq and the platform rules.

It is forbidden to list or sell

• Pornography and other erotic / explicitly sexual content (images, video, descriptions, products).
• Materials and goods that promote content contrary to public morals and platform standards, including symbols, descriptions, and merchandise of a prohibited promotional nature.
• Narcotics, psychotropic substances, precursors, analogues, and any means to manufacture or consume them.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, military supplies, and dual-use goods without a lawful basis.
• Other substances and goods whose circulation is restricted or banned under Iraqi law (including poisons, dangerous chemicals without permits, counterfeits that endanger health, and similar).

Monitoring and consequences

The platform’s AI assistant regularly reviews seller storefronts (titles, descriptions, images, and other public catalog materials) for compliance with these rules and Iraqi law.

If a violation is found, the shop is set to suspended: the storefront is unavailable to buyers and new listings are limited. The seller has 90 days to fix the catalog and request restoration. If the violation is not resolved within that period, the shop and related data are deleted.

Privacy policy

This policy explains how Iraq Mall (iraqmall.net) collects and uses your data when you visit the platform, open a shop, or place an order.

What we collect

• Account data: WhatsApp number or sign-in method, and shop name / subdomain when you register.
• Order data: name, phone, address or drop-off pin, payment method, and notes.
• Necessary technical data: login session, operational cookies, and approximate network address for platform security.
• Shop content published by the seller (products, photos, descriptions).

Why we use it

• To run shops, orders, delivery, tracking, and support.
• Security, abuse prevention, and product-listing compliance checks.
• To contact you about orders or shops via WhatsApp or email when needed.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed with payment providers (e.g. ZainCash / Qi), the delivery network, or hosting services — to fulfill orders or run the platform. We may disclose data if required by Iraqi law.

Retention and deletion

We keep data while the account or orders are active, or as required by law and operations (e.g. financial and COD records). You may request correction or deletion by contacting us, subject to our legal duties.
